BrownsOn5th Crib Return Policies

Cancellations: Must be done within 3 days of their order date, as long as their order has not been shipped. All cancelled orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee. BrownsOn5th reserves the right to waive any or all of these requirements at their discretion.

Refunds & Exchanges: Must be made within 30 days of purchase. However, shipping damaged items must be returned within 3 days of receipt. Should damage have occurred during shipment, do not refuse any shipment. Contact BrownsOn5th immediately at 800-215-0937 and you will be advised by a customer service representative as to further procedures. Exchanges can be made on items of equal or greater value and must be approved by BrownsOn5th. Restocking fees are waived on exchanges.

Re-Stocking Fees: Upon receipt of an item or order, your credit card will be credited within a maximum of 30 days for the full amount minus a 30% restocking fee.

Special Promotions and Discounts: In the event of special promotions or discounts, BrownsOn5th reserves the right to apply additional stipulations, which will be posted at the time the offer is valid.

Rush Orders: Rush orders are shipped within 10-14 business days. A 30% non-refundable Rush Fee is applied to all Rush Orders. Rush orders cannot be cancelled – no exceptions.

Damaged or Defective Items: Any item damaged in shipment MUST be reported within 3 days MAXIMUM from receipt of goods, or BrownsOn5th cannot refund, replace, reship or exchange.

Any item that customers claim as defective in workmanship must be reported within 30 days MAXIMUM from date of receipt of goods. Any items that is found to be defective because of workmanship, BrownsOn5th will replace item at our cost.

Prohibited Returns: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom bedding or furniture
All sale items (please note: with sale items no warranty or guarantee is implied)
Holiday themed items after the holiday
Any used, worn or cleaned items
Cut yardage
Catalogs
Any replacement parts
Delivery/Installation fees

Custom Orders: Once the material has been ordered for a Custom Order, the customer is responsible for said materials, even if the order has been cancelled.

Shipping: Shipping charges are not refundable, unless the return is a result of a BrownsOn5th error.

Return Procedures: Procedure for returning or exchanging a purchase – all returns/exchanges must be handled by a customer service representative by calling 800-215-0937.
