Q: What are the Vera Bradley products made of?
A: The richly patterned, quilted fabrics are made of 100%
cotton. The Limited Collection is an exclusive line of specialty
handbags, and features microfibers and other fabrics that may change
from season to season. Make sure to check the care label inside
each Vera Bradley product for fabric contents.
Q: How do I properly care for my Vera Bradley products?
A: Since all of the quilted products are made of 100% cotton,
Vera Bradley recommends that you machine wash (cool and gentle cycle)
with mild detergent and air dry them. Please note that some of the
items have a solid bottom that must be removed before washing. If
the bottom is sewn in, it may be safely washed. The Limited Collection
line of handbags includes special cleaning instructions inside each
bag. Spot washing is generally recommended.
Vera Bradley does not recommend dry cleaning for any of their
products. Refer to each item's care label or special care insert
card for specific cleaning instructions.

We regret that not all items can be monogrammed. If monogramming
is not an option on the product’s page, then the item is not
able to be monogrammed. All monogramed Vera Bradley items are noted
on the product's page.

name Elizabeth.
A: Yes, we can monogram names for a fee of $11.95. A longer
name like Elizabeth would monogram nicely on the larger styles,
but not the smaller styles, like the Villager, where the monogram
appears on the front flap. These are special orders and would need
to be placed via the phone at 1.800.215.0937.

A: Yes, we will monogram retired and discounted bags for
